These are questions you might ask in your social, professional, or local networks to better understand and advance behavioral health and housing for people reentering your community.

Do you screen everyone for substance use and mental health needs and disorders?

Do you screen everyone for housing needs upon release?

Do you have capacity to meet those needs?
