In this webinar, representatives from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center, reviewed the FY2023 Second Chance Act (SCA) Improving Adult and Youth Crisis Stabilization and Community Reentry Program (CSCR) application process.

It is anticipated that this grant program will provide up to 10 awards of up to $750,000 each for a 36-month project.

Speakers for the webinar included:

  • Andre Bethea, Senior Policy Advisor, BJA
