This interactive toolkit from the Evaluation and Sustainability Training and Technical Assistance (ES TTA) Project at RTI International and the Center for Court Innovation provides tips on the three key areas of sustainability planning, including communications, branding, and funding.

The toolkit also includes templates and checklists that reentry programs can use as they get started with their sustainability planning.
