This tip sheet from the Corrections & Community Engagement Technical Assistance Center (CCETAC) is intended to guide Second Chance Act grantees in understanding what it takes to transition a task force to a coalition, measure coalition success, and make sustainable improvements in the conditions for reentrants in their communities.
