Performance-based Standards (PbS) Mentor Stephen has been working for the last year with three young men, all recipients of the PbS J. Russell "Russ" Jennings Scholarship Award, using his experience to help them navigate the transition from incarceration to college and the challenges of pursuing education while incarcerated.

This podcast is hoped to be the first in a series of conversations Stephen will host unwrapping his own journey and exploring other young peoples' transition after incarceration. This podcast will be made available to juvenile justice agencies and facilities to share with all young people.
