This series aims to advance the 2nd Chance Opportunities for Formerly Incarcerated Persons initiative from the Biden Administration as we address recidivism through opportunities in the clean energy sector for justice-impacted communities. The series brings together energy leaders, policymakers, and community-based organizations to explore how we can collectively develop the reentry workforce pipeline in the renewable energy sector.

In the next webinar, on April 11, 2024, speakers will delve into crucial discussions on sourcing the workforce needed to sustain and expand talent in the renewable energy industry.
