2024 SCA Conference - Partner Promotional Toolkit

Welcome to the website for the National 2024 Second Chance Act (SCA) Conference: Celebrating 15 Years of SCA and Building Beyond Recidivism. This event takes place December 16-18, 2024, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. This 2.5-day event brings together SCA grantees and other reentry leaders from across the country to learn and share knowledge, best practices, and innovations aimed at improving reentry outcomes for people released from prisons and jails.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the U.S. Department of Justice, the National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC), and The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center are hosting the conference in collaboration with the Center for Health and Justice at Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC), Impact Justice, and the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership. The NRRC is the nation’s primary source of information and guidance in reentry. Its mission is to advance the knowledge base of the reentry field, facilitate the exchange of information, and promote resources that showcase what works in reentry.
