During this Coaches' Corner podcast, Joseph Williams, Second Chance Act (SCA) training and technical assistance coach with the American Institutes for Research, and SCA grant project lead Stephanie Gatewood of HopeWorks based in Memphis, Tennessee discuss what it means to be an SCA grantee, struggles as they create and provide supports and services for returning citizens, and some solutions to address these barriers. They focus on the impact of COVID-19 and the importance of technical assistance in addressing grantee needs to ensure their success.
