This on-site meeting and presentation hosted by The Council of State Governments Justice Center at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction showcased how cross-sector partnerships have created a strong, model DOC-led reentry housing program (Returning Home Ohio and related programs) that is now being expanded to new, more rural counties through the Second Chance Act (SCA) Pay for Success Grant Program (PDF).
